Uniform Distribution
- Advance Uniform Distribution will take place Saturday 10/8 and Sunday 10/9 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Please follow the map to Volunteer Parking (see link below) and follow the signs to Uniform Distribution
- If you're unable to pick up your uniform in advance you will be able to pick it up before your first shift. Please arrive early to give you time to pick up your uniform before your shift begins. The parking attendants and the main entrance will have a list of the registered volunteers that were not able to pick up their uniforms in advance. Volunteer Uniform Pick-Up Wednesday 10/12 through Friday 10/14 will be located at Volunteer Headquarters from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- If possible please wear Khaki colored pants, a skirt or golf shorts with your uniform.
TOURNAMENT WEEK
- Parking - Ferry Point Park, 498 Hutchinson River Pkwy, The Bronx, NY 10465 (map)
- Arrival Time – Please arrive at the golf course one hour before your official shift time so you have plenty of time to get breakfast and/or lunch. Official Tee Times will start between 8:40 AM and 11:00 AM on all three days. Please note that the Marshal Committee schedules are already adjusted to start one hour before the first group Tees off.
- Breakfast will be served in the Volunteer HQ Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Boxed Lunch will be available in the Volunteer HQ from Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. For On-Course volunteers (Marshals) we will be offering food distribution from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM (for more details please check in at Volunteer HQ)
- Looking for a Hotel to stay at? We have found the safest most cost-effective option close to the course, here are the details:

$229 plus applicable taxes, currently 14.75%, and $3.50 per room per night
Covid Protocols
We are continuing to work closely with government agencies and independent health & safety consultants In New York City to ensure the safety of all attending the Aramco Team Series: New York.
Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID-19, protocols are subject to change and the below information will be updated on a regular basis.
Please ensure you do not attend the event if you are experiencing any of the below symptoms:
- High Fever
- Continuous Dry Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Sore Throat
- Headache
- Loss of Smell or Taste
- Fatigue
ON-COURSE VOLUNTEER EVAC PLAN
In the unlikely event of an emergency that requires suspension of play or evacuation of the golf course, the following procedures will be in effect from Monday 10th October 2022 until the conclusion of the tournament.
IF PLAY IS SUSPENDED AND YOU ARE DIRECTED TO LEAVE THE COURSE PLEASE SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION IN THE COURSE WE WILL BE SENDING VOLUNTEER SHUTTLES AROUND THE EVAC ROUTE TO PICK UP VOLUNTEERS AT LOCATIONS B, C, D, E, F & G. IF YOU ARE IN ZONE A, PLEASE WALK TO VOLUNTEER HQ OR THE CLUBHOUSE.
