The Format
28 teams of 4, battling it out over two days at Riyadh Golf Club to become the fifth Aramco Team Series champions of 2024. Using a unique scoring system, and allowing an amateur to contribute to the final result of a professional tour event with a total prize fund of $1m, the Aramco Team Series, continues to bring a new level of excitement and entertainment to the Ladies European Tour.
As well as the team event, there is be a three-day individual strokeplay competition contested between a 84 player field. Coming to a conclusion on the final day after the team event is finalised and the field cut to 60 and ties, the individual competition contributes towards Race to Costa Del Sol and Rolex world Ranking points.
Defending Champions
Following the influx of birdies and eagles in the team competition last year, Team Ciganda came out on top and Carlota Ciganda will return to Riyadh as defending Team Captain.
Alison Lee, following her record-breaking win in 2023, will be the individual defending champion at Round Five this year.

Located just 20 mins from the city centre, Riyadh Golf Club is a venue of stunning greenery offering a sublime test of golf as well as a range of other leisure activities.
Overview
Riyadh Golf Club offers an enjoyable round to golfers of all levels. The course was opened in 2005 to challenge the competitive golfer whilst enabling the beginner to enjoy the expert design and scenery. The par-72 championship course boasts undulating terrain, wide fairways and manicured greens that offer golfers a pleasurable yet testing experience.
The various lakes and streams traversing across the course terrain aim to keep golfers at the top of their game.
Feature Holes
The par 5 second which stretches back to 670 yards and features strategically positioned bunkers, a narrow approach, and lush vegetation provides a stern early test in the round and sets the scene for what's to come in terms of quality.
The intimidating par 3, 8th, of just 162 yards frequented with crosswinds and guarded by water on all sides is a stunning short hole guaranteed to create drama over the three days of action.
