The Aramco Team Series takes the confidentiality of personal data seriously. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments on this privacy policy.

The Company’s privacy policy sets out the ways the ATS processes personal data. This privacy policy only relates to personal data collected by ATS via the ATS website. Any personal data collected by ATS is used in accordance with data protection legislation.

This privacy policy does not apply to personal data provided to ATS by any other means or via any other website. Users should be aware that if they provide personal data to other companies, the privacy polices of those companies determine the uses to which that information is put and ATS’s privacy policy will no longer apply.

THE DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998

ALL website complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Personal information provided to ATS via the ATS website will be used for the purposes outlined at the time of collection. In addition, personal information may be used for statistical analysis.

COVID ATTENDEE AGREEMENT

In attending the Aramco Team Series event in London, UK I understand and accept that my attendance at this event is conditional, upon agreeing to abide by a set of guidelines designed for the personal and collective health and safety of myself and all those who are a part of this event.

The contents of this agreement will remain flexible and adaptable to remain in line with guidance and restrictions imposed by National and Local Government. Please continue to check back to note any changes to the below.

Social Distancing

You agree to remain socially distanced, staying a minimum of 2m from any individual onsite, at all times. You acknowledge you will be assigned to an event bubble that you must keep to. Event bubbles will be clearly defined.

Health

If at any point you experience any symptoms relating to Covid-19 or any other illness, you will report to the Medical HQ to be seen by one of the medical team.

Symptoms of Covid-19 are:

• Dry continuous new cough
• High temperature or fever
• Loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Headache
• Fatigue

PPE and Sanitising

You will frequently disinfect your hands using the sinks or sanitising stations available at the venue, or through personal alcohol gel bottles. Face coverings will be worn in specific areas of the venue that are clearly signed, or when social distancing cannot be maintained.

Offsite

You acknowledge that the principals outlined above should be adhered to during offsite hours.

International Travel

It is the responsibility of the individual to adhere to the current government guidelines upon arrival into the UK with regards to quarantine and testing.

Acknowledgement

By ticking the consent box, you confirm your attendance at this event and agree to all guidelines and health protocols provided to you, in order to maintain the safety and health of yourself and others.

TEAM UP - COMPETITION TERMS

• The promoter is: Aramco Team Series on behalf of Golf Saudi
  
  
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Performance54, Golf Saudi, Ladies European Tour, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition
  
  
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
  
  
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
  
  
• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via www.aramcoteamseries.com. The competition will be running on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
  
  
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified
  
  
• Closing date for entry will be OCTOBER 1. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted
  
  
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
  
  
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
  
  
• The prize is as follows: ONE PLACE IN THE ARAMCO TEAM SERIES EVENT NEW YORK, playing alongside 3x professional tour players
  
  
• Winners will be chosen:
  
  by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The quality of entry will determine the outcome
  
  
• The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
  
  
• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize detail can be received
  
  
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
