INTRODUCTION

The Aramco Team Series takes the confidentiality of personal data seriously. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments on this privacy policy.

The Company’s privacy policy sets out the ways the ATS processes personal data. This privacy policy only relates to personal data collected by ATS via the ATS website. Any personal data collected by ATS is used in accordance with data protection legislation.

This privacy policy does not apply to personal data provided to ATS by any other means or via any other website. Users should be aware that if they provide personal data to other companies, the privacy polices of those companies determine the uses to which that information is put and ATS’s privacy policy will no longer apply.

THE DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998

ALL website complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Personal information provided to ATS via the ATS website will be used for the purposes outlined at the time of collection. In addition, personal information may be used for statistical analysis.

Personal data will be collected and processed by ATS to provide goods and services, including marketing, advertising and promotions, unless a user elects to opt-out of receiving such communications. Your personal details will not be made available to any third parties.

The DPA was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in May 2018.

The Company is not responsible for the privacy policies of third party websites. The Company advises users to read the privacy policies of other websites before registering any personal data.

TICKETS AND EVENT ATTENDANCE

Please note that the Aramco Team Series presented by PIF will only sell tickets through our authorised ticket platform, Tixr. We will not contact you via phone to ask you for payment, all transactions are done via a secure online payment method.

Admission Rules

  • Admission is subject to e-tickets purchased.
  • Free entry for children under the age of 16 but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
  • Course entry is at your own risk and suitable footwear must be worn.
  • Organizers accept no liability for death, injury, or damage to property.

Photography / Video (Policy and Recording Rules)

  • Please ensure that your mobile phone is on SILENT at all times.
  • Please ensure your flash functionality is switched OFF at all times.
  • Phone calls are allowed in non-competition areas only.
  • Mobile phone photography/videography for personal use is permitted throughout the week in all areas of the course.
  • Please note that photographs and videos of patrons may be taken at this event for use in our archival and publicity material.

Bad Weather

  • If the play is cancelled, you may choose to attend the play on the following day, or request for a refund.
  • If play starts, no refunds will be given.

Help Us Keep Everyone Safe

  • Ladies European Tour reserves the right not to admit patrons who do not comply with prevailing safe management measures.
  • Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
  • Mask-wearing is optional.
  • Spectators are encouraged to continue to exercise responsibility and caution when in crowded places.

Prohibited Items

  • No picnics / picnic hampers allowed or outside food and beverage (except reasonable refillable water bottles). Public catering will be available at the event.
  • The use of any computers and other electronic equipment  is not permitted, other than with the proper accreditation.
  • Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means in any format or media, including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device, is not permitted.
  • No dogs or other animals are permitted on the course.
  • All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to, clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited.
  • The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of marshals and ground regulations whilst attending the Tournament. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to revoke this ticket and to eject the holder without compensation.
