The Format
26 teams of 4, battling it out over two days at Thai Country Club to become the fifth Aramco Team Series champions. Using a unique scoring system, and allowing an amateur to contribute to the final result of a professional tour event with a total prize fund of $1m, the Aramco Team Series, continues to bring a new level of excitement and entertainment to the Ladies European Tour.
Updates To Format
In 2022, the team event will be held over two days, with individuals making the cut for a final shoot out on the 3rd day.
Winners
Team Hillier, made up of Krista Bakker, Chonlada Chayanun, and amateur, Pattanon Amatonon, claimed a 3 stroke victory. After strong day 1 performances from Whitney Hillier and Krista Bakker gave them an overnight lead, it was their local star, Chayanun, who performed the best on day 2 with a 67 which sealed victory for the team.
In the individual event, it was a fine final day's play by Manon de Roey that saw her clinch victory at 13 under par. Able to overtake Thai star, Patty Tavatanakit, with her 6 birdies, De Roey romped home for her maiden LET victory.

Home to the first Aramco Team Series Event of the year, Thai Country Club is one of the finest golf clubs in Asia.
Having opened in 1996, the course played host to the the 1997 Asian Honda Classic won by Tiger Woods. This picturesque course, renowned for its immaculate conditions and neo-classic design, features a variety of holes with an abundance of water as well as glorious fauna and flora. Offering the perfect compromise between challenge and pleasure.

THE COURSE
01Designed to USGA standards by Dennis Griffiths, the course opened in December 1996. The design adapts to everyday member use up to very tough challenges for major international and PGA tournaments.
Able to be played at over 7,000 yards, Thai Country has hosted an array of elite professional events producing an astonishing standard of winners in Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh who won here in 1997 and 1998 respectively. Set to play at around 6500 yards during the Aramco Team Series, the course is primed and ready for its first ever Ladies European Tour event.

THE CLUBHOUSE
02Featuring some of the best facilities and furnishings in Asia, the clubhouse provides beautiful facilities and multiple food and beverage options. Spearheaded by the dining room which features a selection of imaginative menus specializing in Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisine, there is something for everyone at Thai Country Club.
Feature Holes
The undulating greens make for many exciting pin placements and are a constant test of golfing proficiency. There are several top-class holes among this very strong eighteen. The 6th, measuring 218 from the back tees, is as challenging as they get with water guarding the right side and bunkers in front and behind the green. In fact, according to competition statistics, this deceiving hole is the most difficult on the course, with a stroke average of 3.38 for the professionals! The par-5 14th is as handsome as they come.
